Happiness

Happiness can be defined as the state of mind

Mind, which is called ‘internal organ’, is produced from the sattva part of all the five subtle elements together. I.e. water, earth, air, fire, sky.

So the doors of the mind are
1)    Eyes
2)    Ears
3)    Nose
4)    Mouth
5)    Skin

What we call Happiness varies from person to person because these five doors are unique for each and every person.

True Happiness or Ultimate happiness is the calmness of mind.

Happiness can never be achieved by satisfying these five senses.

Currently all of us trying to live like others what we call it as modern world. Eskimos like to live in Arab culture, Arab likes to live in  India culture and Indian likes to live in American culture believing that as happiness. We believe happiness is loosing our own Identity.

Every one believes that the other side is always green

But the truth is every coin has two sides

No one likes to live like themselves.

(We call this as modern culture or scientific development)
