we can view human body as biochemical engine which has the
capacity to multiply itself
1.Ahar
We can
say human body is biochemical engine
which need bio fuels. we have to provide fuel(food) according to the work load or the type of work the engine is
doing. In My view early Indian scientists
siddars have devised the classification of engines and food exactly society in the name of varnashrama .

They have
mentioned detailed food culture in Ayurveda
Currently what
we are doing is eating what ever we like and doing what ever we like and
getting disease Which we don’t like.
2. Nidra
We have to
sleep(service the engine) accordingly to the workload and fuel type .
3.Brahmacharya
We should not give the pattern of this engine to create new engine which will
wear out the engine . A pure engine which does not allow to take pattern has
the entire power of the universe e.g. Bishmar ,Hanuman in hindu mythology
